Where custom connectors are unavailable on your plan, the exact menus differ. The server URL is the only detail either client needs.

Do I need a PropM8 account to use the connector?
No. The valuation tool and the checkout link work with no account and no sign-in. Reading a Scan needs the share token from a Scan you already ran, which is the only thing that identifies it.
What does PropM8 receive when I use it through an assistant?
The address you asked about, and a share token if you supplied one. Nothing else. Your conversation with the assistant never reaches us.
Can the connector spend my money?
No. No tool takes a payment or holds a card. The checkout tool returns a link that you open yourself, and the purchase happens in your browser.
Which countries does it cover?
England and Wales. Sale evidence comes from HM Land Registry Price Paid data and the UK House Price Index, and the register and planning sources behind a Scan are England and Wales.
How accurate is the valuation?
Every figure carries its own range and a stated confidence, and we publish our realised error against real sale prices rather than asking you to take the number on trust.
